Unfortunately I had to take my car here following an accident. They worked very well with my insurer, even though they were not a preferred vendor. The delivered the car on time, and the work was excellent. Hope I don't need them again, but would return in a heartbeat if I do.

I brought my 2014 Honda Civic to Keenan Collision Center a few weeks ago to have the bumper repaired after an accident. They took care of everything from the estimate, to dealing with the insurance company, and even helped me coordinate my rental car! Plus, when I picked up my car when it was done, it looked absolutely beautiful, and was immaculate inside and out. I couldn't be happier with how my car looks, like it was never in an accident at all! Thank you so much for the great work! 🙂

These guys did amazing work on my Mercedes GLK 350 after a large deer hit me and did significant damage. They made the drop off and pick-up process seamless, and the car looks amazing. Sadly, I was hit by another deer just 6 days after picking up my car, so I'll be back.One suggestion though - managers should not correct the receptionist and make clear they are annoyed when a customer is in the shop. It's just poor form.

I guess people are prone to leave reviews for poor service, but I had a good experience there. The work done to my Honda was fine, but there were delays on delivery. It was a week longer than anticipated. Still though, the work solid.
